Ingredients
COLESLAW
  • 2 cups Thinly Sliced Green Cabbage
  • 2 cups Shredded Red Apples
  • 2 cups Shredded Carrots
  • 5 Green Onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
DRESSING
  • 2 TB. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 TB. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 TB. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Maple Syrup
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Cut the cabbage, green onions, and cilantro. Shred the apples and carrots. Add everything to a large bowl.

  2. In a separate, small bowl whisk together all the dressing ingredients.

  3. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw ingredients mix together, and serve.
