Mmmm, finally a sweet and salty granola recipe that pairs perfectly with yogurt, milk, and berries. I hope you're excited because this is about to blow your mind!

Servings: 30 ounces
  • 2 cups old fashion oats
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted almonds
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup golden rasisins
  • 1/2 cup dried crainberries
  • 1/4 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

  2. Combine the oats, nuts, golden raisins, craisins, seeds, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large bowl.

  3. Mix together the molasses, maple syrup in a separate bowl and pour over the other ingredients.

  4. Spread onto 2 large, parchment paper lined baking sheets and bake for 16 minutes, stirring at the HALFWAY POINT.

  5. Store in airtight containers for up to one month.
